KnowledgePie was honoured to participate in a landmark event at Gauhati Medical College
& Hospital (GMCH), marking a significant step forward in Assam’s healthcare advancement.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Himanta Biswa Sarma and
Shri Ashok Singhal, Hon’ble Minister of Health & Family Welfare, for their esteemed
presence and encouraging interaction. The Hon’ble Chief Minister’s interest in our
technology was truly motivating and reaffirmed our commitment to innovation.
The event witnessed several key milestones, including the Bhumi Pujan of the new GMCH
building, the inauguration of the Mother & Child Health Building, and the unveiling of
indigenous healthcare innovations such as the Low-Field MRI prototype and Surgical Robot
developed under the Assam Advanced Healthcare Innovation Institute (AAHII), supported
by BioNEST IIT Guwahati.
We sincerely thank BioNEST IIT Guwahati for this opportunity and commend AAHII for its
visionary efforts in advancing cutting-edge healthcare technologies in the region.
The program also provided a valuable platform to engage with clinicians, students, the
public, and fellow startups—fostering meaningful discussions around research, innovation,
and future collaborations.
